Yes at full stretch, captured at Roosevelt Stadium in Jersey City in 1976, finally gets an official release on this three-LP set after decades as a fan-traded favourite.

The lineup here is the Relayer-era band: Jon Anderson, Steve Howe, Chris Squire and Alan White, with Swiss keyboardist Patrick Moraz in the seat Rick Wakeman had vacated. Recorded for a radio broadcast during their 1976 tour, the show finds the group in front of a packed stadium crowd playing with the confidence of a band used to big rooms.

The setlist goes straight for the deep end. "Sound Chaser" is a whirlwind of Moraz synth runs and Squire's thundering bass, and "The Gates of Delirium" takes up an entire side, its battle sequence building toward a serene, hard-won release. "Ritual" gets a side of its own too, sprawling, percussive and gloriously unhurried.

There is room for lighter moments as well, with solo spotlights for Howe and Anderson, plus a cheerful run through The Beatles' "I'm Down" to close the night on a grin.

For anyone who has only known this concert through murky tapes, hearing it presented properly is a treat. It is a vivid snapshot of one of progressive rock's most ambitious bands at full volume, with the short-lived Moraz lineup at last getting a live document of its own.
