Order Processing

All orders are shipped from our US warehouse. We aim to process and dispatch all in-stock items within 2 business days. Please note that during periods of high demand, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout depending on your location. Available methods and pricing will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times by destination:

• United States: 2–5 business days
• United Kingdom: 8–10 business days
• Canada: 8–10 business days
• Australia: 12–14 business days (depending on location)

Please note these are typical delivery timeframes and not guaranteed. Over 95% of orders arrive within the stated window, but occasional delays can occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., courier issues, weather, customs). We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, but once an order has shipped, any delays are the responsibility of the carrier.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once processed and dispatched, we will provide you with tracking information in our shipping confirmation email. 

Important Note for International Orders

When ordering internationally, please be aware that customs and/or duty fees may apply. We are not responsible for these fees if they are enforced by your local agencies; the customer bears the responsibility of payment.
