Tyler, The Creator built DON'T TAP THE GLASS for bodies in motion, and this clear 140 gram LP, housed in a gatefold jacket with a poster, puts that restless energy right on the platter.

Released in 2025, his ninth studio album landed barely a year after the brooding, costumed drama of Chromakopia. Where that record turned inward, this one bounces. Tyler produced it himself and kept it lean, ten tracks in under half an hour, built for getting up and moving rather than sitting still and dissecting.

The grooves borrow from hip house, funk and techno, filtered through his ear for odd chords and glossy synths. "Big Poe" kicks the door open at full strut, "Sugar On My Tongue" and "Ring Ring Ring" keep the floor busy with playful, flirtatious hooks, and "Don't You Worry Baby" brings in Madison McFerrin's silky voice for a softer, sunlit turn.

It plays like a house party with the lights low and the volume high, a record that rewards a proper stereo and some open floor space.
