Marc Anthony's Todo a Su Tiempo is the album that announced him as salsa's most electrifying new voice, and it spins here on red splatter vinyl.

Released in 1995 on RMM, it reunited the New York singer with Sergio George, who had shaped his debut Otra Nota, and the pair co-produced a sound that was tougher and more ambitious than before. Anthony picked much of the material himself and refused to rush it, naming the record after the idea that everything comes in its own time. The patience paid off: it became the first salsa album certified gold in the United States.

The arrangements are New York salsa with muscle, crisp horn stabs, rolling piano montunos and a rhythm section that never lets the floor go quiet. "Te Conozco Bien" delivers heartbreak like a confession set to a clave, "Hasta Ayer" turns regret into something you can dance through, and "Se Me Sigue Olvidando" shows off the soaring, tear-streaked voice that made him a star. "Nadie Como Ella" closes the gap between romantic ballad and dancefloor burner.

Almost every single from it climbed to the top of the tropical charts, and it still sounds like a master class in singing salsa from the gut. On red splatter vinyl, it looks as hot as it plays.
