Céline Dion's Live à Paris arrives on limited gold-toned 140-gram double vinyl, capturing her 1995 shows at Le Zénith in the full flush of her French-language success.

The concerts came on the D'eux Tour, supporting the album written largely by Jean-Jacques Goldman, one of the best-selling French-language records ever made. Released in 1996, Live à Paris caught that moment in front of a crowd of around six thousand, and it went straight to number one in France.

Goldman's songs dominate, and the crowd treats them like anthems. "Pour que tu m'aimes encore" is the emotional centrepiece, and the room knows it. "The Power of Love" and "River Deep, Mountain High" show off the English-language belter the rest of the world already knew, while her stirring take on Jacques Brel's "Quand on n'a que l'amour" is a moment of pure hush.

This double LP also reworks the running order and folds in extra moments from the era, so the set flows like a proper night out rather than a straight copy of the original disc.
