Ghost B.C. – Infestissumam is the haunting 2013 sophomore release from Sweden’s mysterious heavy metal collective. Originally released under the name Ghost, the band adopted Ghost B.C. in the U.S. due to legal issues, but their dark, theatrical vision remained unchanged. Led by the enigmatic Papa Emeritus II and backed by a group of Nameless Ghouls, Infestissumam delivers a rich blend of satanic themes, lush harmonies, and progressive metal riffs, creating a sound that’s as eerie as it is unforgettable.
Building on the momentum of their debut Opus Eponymous, Ghost B.C. evolved their signature style into a grand, almost operatic experience. Tracks like “Year Zero,” “Monstrance Clock,” and “Secular Haze” cemented their place as pioneers of theatrical, concept-driven metal. Pressed on classic vinyl LP, this release is a must-have for fans of occult rock, doom metal, and bands that blend sinister storytelling with genre-defying sound.
