Sigur Rós’ latest studio album, 'ÁTTA', is their most heartfelt and personal album yet. Few musicians possess the capability to deliver genuine emotion and truth as Sigur Rós does. The new formation of the group - featuring frontman Jónsi, Multi-instrumentalist Kjartan Sveinsson, who rejoined after leaving in 2012, and bassist Georg Holm - is driven and exudes compelxity. Recorded in multiple locations, including the band's Sundlaugin studio in Iceland, Abbey Road in the UK and US-based studios, 'ÁTTA' is impressively orchestral in sound and combines everything that has made the band a huge success, seeing them sell close to 10 million albums.
