Its release, packed with iconic tracks like “Back In The U.S.S.R.,” “Dear Prudence,” and “While My Guitar Gently Weeps,” marked a significant moment in music history. Now, celebrating its 50th anniversary, the album has been remixed and reissued in a comprehensive package that includes 30 original tracks, 27 early acoustic demos, and 50 session takes, in a 2LP, 180gm format. This lavish release offers an unprecedented glimpse into The Beatles’ creative process, meticulously remixed by Giles Martin and Sam Okell in stereo and 5.1 surround audio at Abbey Road Studios.

This suite of ‘White Album’ packages by Apple Corps Ltd./Capitol/UMe not only revisits the original recordings but also introduces additional session recordings and demos, providing a deeper understanding of the album’s intricate soundscapes. Giles Martin, in his introduction, shares that the new mix aims to bring listeners as close as possible to The Beatles' studio experience, highlighting the collaborative essence of one of the most diverse and inspiring albums ever produced.
