Spread across three LPs, Live From Wrigley Field captures The Lumineers doing what they do best, turning a vast ballpark crowd into one stomping, singing choir.

Recorded in Chicago in 2022 and released in 2024, the set comes from the Brightside era, when Wesley Schultz and Jeremiah Fraites were taking their once-intimate folk songs into stadium-sized spaces. The surprise is how little gets lost in translation to the big stage. The spare, heart-first writing that made their name still sits at the center, only now it is carried by tens of thousands of voices.

The setlist moves comfortably across their catalogue. "Brightside" opens the night with road-trip urgency, "Ho Hey" becomes a full-park call and response, and "Ophelia" struts along on its rolling piano line. Later, "Sleep On The Floor" builds from a hush into a thunderous, cathartic release, one of the moments where band and audience seem to breathe together.

Song introductions are kept in place throughout, giving the record a real sense of how the evening unfolded and how loose and generous the show felt, rather than polishing every edge away.

It is the closest thing to standing in the bleachers that a turntable can offer, and a fine companion to their studio albums.
