Terror have spent more than two decades as hardcore's most dependable wrecking crew, and Still Suffer, pressed here on blue vinyl, shows no sign of the engine cooling.
Released in 2026 on Flatspot Records, the Los Angeles band's ninth studio album keeps Scott Vogel's barked rallying cries at the center of a storm of two-step grooves, gang vocals and breakdowns built for packed rooms. It follows 2022's Pain into Power and arrived alongside A Deeper Struggle, a short documentary filmed on the band's Latin American tour.
"Erase You From My World" kicks the door in from the first second, while the title track "Still Suffer" channels frustration into a fist-in-the-air chorus. "Fear the Panic" brings in Hot Water Music for a gruff, melodic twist, and "Beauty in the Losses" teams up with Mindforce for a dose of New York-style muscle.
Guests from God's Hate and King Nine add more weight to the closing stretch, but the formula remains gloriously simple: short songs, big riffs and zero filler, delivered with the kind of urgency that makes the whole thing fly by.
For anyone who measures a hardcore record by how hard the pit moves, this is Terror doing what they do best, with the conviction of a band that still means every word.
