"Get Some" is the debut studio album by California-based nu metal band Snot, a collective composed of former members of thrash, speed metal, and punk bands. The album was produced by T-Ray (who has worked with Helmet and House Of Pain. It is the only album that features it's original vocalist, Lynn Strait, who was killed in a car accident, December 1998, when a truck struck his car, killing him and his dog, Dobbs, who appears on the album cover. No one quite sounds like vocalist Lynn Strait and the band is just insanely tight. When you want something heavy and groovin' with a sense of humor to boot, Snot fits the bill!
