Rod Wave keeps his heart on his sleeve and his eyes fixed straight ahead on Don't Look Down, his seventh studio album, pressed here as a 2LP set.

Released in 2026, about two years after Last Lap, the album extends the St. Petersburg, Florida singer-rapper's run of soul-baring street ballads. The vinyl edition trims the digital tracklist to 20 songs, giving the record a tighter shape across four sides.

Feed the Streets arrived first as the lead single, followed by Piece of Your Love, which Rod paired with a short-film-style video he directed himself, and Hustle. Florida Boy, as the title suggests, keeps his home state close, a thread that has run through his music from the start.

Musically, Rod stays loyal to the sound his fans connect with, his raspy, aching voice riding gentle guitar loops and piano-led beats. Luv Von, who joins him on Mainstay, is the only guest on this edition, which keeps the focus squarely on his own story.
