POPO are three brothers from Philadelphia - Zeb, Shoaib and Hassan - who started showing up at the Mad Decent mausoleum for all night practice sessions, battling Diplo to see who could work the longest(I think POPO won). They play a really dirty, reverb drenched, garage brand of punk rock with songs that rarely break the 3 minute barrier. And while they have been compared to greats like the Germs and early Nirvana, we can assure you the POPO sound is all their own. "Kill Tonight" and "Feel Good Song Of The Year" feature about 5 lines of lyrics between the both of them, with super catchy shout melodies and a rhythm section that feels straight out of shop class.
