Everything So Far was Pinegrove's first real calling card, and this 11th Anniversary Edition expands it to three LPs, with a third disc of previously unreleased songs.

Before Cardinal turned the New Jersey band into a cult favourite, Evan Stephens Hall and friends had spent half a decade making records on their own terms. This collection gathered the best of that early work, drawn from Meridian, the & release and two mixtapes, into one long, generous sequence. For many fans it was the way in, and it still sounds like a band discovering exactly who it wanted to be.

"New Friends" opens with the conversational warmth that became Hall's signature, lyrics that feel like thinking out loud over chiming guitars. "Angelina" and "Size of the Moon" show the band's gift for small, intimate moments that land hard. The new third LP, labelled the Bonus Round, digs back into the same 2010 to 2015 period for recordings that have never been released before.

It is a fuller portrait of a band in the making, rough edges and all.

If you already own the double LP, the extra disc is the reason to come back. For newcomers, this is the most complete version yet of the record that started it all.
