For her sixth album, Dans Ma Chair, Patricia Kaas went to New York to work with successful producer Phil Ramone (Ray Charles, Billy Joel, Paul Simon), Lyle Lovett and, for the second time, James Taylor. With Taylor she recorded the duet 'Don't Let Me Be Lonely Tonight'. Two singles from the album went silver: 'Je voudrais la connaitre' and 'Quand j'ai peur de tout'.
The latter was written by Diane Warren and later successfully translated and covered by the Sugababes as 'Too Lost in You'. The album went to number 1 in Belgium and reached the top 10 in Finland, France, Germany and Switzerland. Dans Ma Chair is available in a limited edition of 1500 individually numbered copies on orange vinyl.
