PARTYNEXTDOOR's COLOURS lands on white vinyl, pairing his moody 2014 EP with its 2017 sequel for one long, late-night dose of slow-burning R&B.

The Mississauga-raised singer and producer first released Colours as a four-track EP in 2014, a short, smoky follow-up to his early projects on Drake's OVO Sound. He returned in 2017 with Colours 2, another four-song set dropped without warning, and the two halves now sit together as an eight-track whole, giving fans the complete picture in one place.

The mood is pure after-hours. "Jus Know" brings Travis Scott into the haze for a woozy, late-night standoff, while "Freak In You" leans into seduction with a beat that refuses to hurry. "Peace Of Mind" and "Low Battery" dig into his favorite themes of temptation, distance and complicated love, with his voice floating over spare, bass-heavy production that leaves plenty of room for the feelings to linger. It is music for the drive home at 3am, headphones on and phone face down.
