Mt. Joy's The Garden Mann pulls the band's biggest live nights into a deluxe three-LP set, pressed on clear vinyl in a gatefold jacket with a photo book.

The title fuses the two rooms that anchor most of the set, Boston's TD Garden and The Mann in Philadelphia, the city where the band's roots run deepest. Recorded on the run of shows behind Hope We Have Fun, it also takes in Red Rocks, Forest Hills Stadium, The Armory and a Governors Ball set, stitching two dozen songs into one long, generous night.

The band lets songs breathe well beyond their studio lengths. Nathaniel Rateliff steps in for "Wild and Rotten" at Red Rocks, Gigi Perez joins the Governors Ball set, and the namesake "Mt. Joy" stretches past twelve minutes of patient, jammy build. Early favourites "Astrovan" and "Silver Lining" sit near the end, the latter captured at the hometown show. The playing is loose and warm, with keys, guitars and harmonies given room to wander.

Matt Quinn's voice is ragged in the best way, and the folk-rock bones of these songs hold up under all that extra space. The photo book and gatefold make it a proper keepsake for anyone who was in those crowds, and an easy way in for anyone who wasn't.
