Motionless in White mark twenty years with Decades, a dark and adventurous seventh album spread across two red and black marble 140-gram LPs.

Released in 2026, the record takes its name from the band's 20th anniversary, and it plays like a celebration of everything that has fed their sound since the early days in Scranton: metalcore muscle, industrial grime, gothic theater and eighties pop. Producers Drew Fulk and Justin DeBlieck recorded it between upstate New York and Los Angeles, and the band sound hungrier than they have in years.

"Playing God" brings in Slipknot's Corey Taylor for a bruising duel of snarls and soaring hooks, while "R.I.P." pairs Chris Motionless with Skylar Grey for a moodier, haunted turn. "Afraid of the Dark" balances crushing breakdowns with a huge, singable chorus, and a gloriously gothic take on Corey Hart's "Sunglasses at Night" leans all the way into the synths.

The marble vinyl looks as theatrical as the music sounds, which feels exactly right for a band that has always treated heaviness as an art form. Chris Motionless has rarely sounded more commanding, switching from guttural roars to clean, crooning hooks without missing a beat. For longtime fans, it is a fitting way to toast two decades of darkly glamorous chaos.
