LISA presses play on her most personal chapter yet with PRESS PLAY, a sharp six-track EP that puts her Thai roots front and centre on vinyl.
The release follows her debut album Alter Ego and arrived in 2026 through her own Lloud imprint with RCA, launched with red billboards greeting cities around the world with a Thai hello. That greeting became the lead single, and the whole project leans into the story of how a girl from Thailand became one of the most recognisable faces in global pop, both as a solo star and as a member of BLACKPINK.
"Sawadika" opens with a bright, swaggering welcome, turning a simple greeting into a statement of identity. "Cobra" coils around a nod to Missy Elliott's "Pass That Dutch", all slinky bass and playful menace, while "Tarantino" goes for cinematic drama, a fitting choice for a record LISA has compared to a movie, with each song playing its own character.
At around sixteen minutes, nothing overstays its welcome. "V12", "Cut U Off" and "Sweat" keep the energy high, moving between hard-edged rap and glossy, hook-heavy pop with real confidence.
For fans who have followed her from stadium stages to solo stardom, PRESS PLAY is a compact, self-assured snapshot of LISA telling her own story, in her own voice.
