Pressed on Orange Crush Black Wave vinyl, this edition of Joji's Piss In The Wind gives his 2026 comeback a look as moody as the music in the grooves.

After a three-year break from releasing music, Joji returned with his fourth studio album and his first on Palace Creek, the independent label he set up after leaving 88rising. With some sessions dating back as far as 2017, it topped the US rock and alternative albums chart and debuted at number five on the Billboard 200, an impressive showing for an artist who sent a look-alike to handle his promo.

The record moves in quick, vivid fragments. Single "Love You Less" is the longest song here and still wraps up in under three and a half minutes, "If It Only Gets Better" lasts barely over a minute yet still lands, and "Rose Colored" pairs him with Yeat for a woozy meeting of styles. Closer "Dior" brings the curtain down quickly, fitting for an album that never overstays its welcome.

The production stays warm and smudged, with collaborators like Dylan Brady and Ricky Reed keeping the textures soft around Joji's tired, tender voice. A colored pressing this bold makes it a natural centerpiece for any shelf of late-night records.
