Joined by an incredible lineup of musicians, including guitarist Danny Kortchmar, multi-instrumentalist David Lindley, keyboardist Craig Doerge, bassist Leland Sklar, and drummer Russ Kunkel, Browne created an album that feels both intimate and expansive.
Featuring hits like the title track "Running On Empty" and "The Load-Out / Stay," this newly remastered edition presents the album with improved audio quality, bringing out the warmth and richness of these live recordings. This vinyl and CD release preserves the original packaging, allowing both longtime fans and new listeners to experience the album in its intended format.
