Fred again.. empties another hard drive onto vinyl with USB002, a 2025 double LP gathering the collaborations that powered his ten-week, ten-city run of pop-up shows.

The concept was simple and slightly mad: a new song every Friday and a new city every Friday, with venues revealed only days before. It kicked off in Glasgow and rolled around the world, and this set collects the results alongside a handful of extra cuts, turning a frantic season of releases into one long late-night listen.

The guest list is gloriously eclectic. "You're A Star" pairs him with Amyl and The Sniffers for a burst of punk-fueled euphoria, "Ambery" stretches out with Floating Points across more than seven minutes of slow-blooming electronics, and "Facilita" brings Caribou and Menor Teteu into the mix. The closing side belongs to Skepta, with "Back 2 Back" and "Victory Lap" landing hard and grinning.

Fred's fingerprints are everywhere: snatches of voice, big emotional chords and drums built for crowds that refuse to go home, all stitched together with the restless energy of someone who never stops recording.
