Her third studio album arrived in 2024 on Dirty Hit and was quickly hailed as her first grown-up record. The fuzz-pedal confessions of her earlier work are still in her bones, but here the heartbreak gets examined rather than shouted, and the songwriting carries a new kind of patience. Rick Rubin produced the album with Jacob Bugden, with sessions that included time at Rubin's Shangri-La studio, and the sound is warm, roomy and refreshingly unfussy.
