Romanza returns for its 30th anniversary as a 180-gram 2LP set, and the voice that made opera feel like pop radio still sounds startlingly direct.
Andrea Bocelli's first compilation gathered the best of his early Italian albums Il Mare Calmo Della Sera and Bocelli, and it turned a Tuscan tenor into a worldwide phenomenon. It became one of the biggest-selling Italian-language records ever, reaching millions of listeners who had never set foot in an opera house.

"Con Te Partirò" builds from a quiet, almost conversational opening to a soaring final climb, while his reading of Lucio Dalla's "Caruso" carries real ache.
