[2LP Picture Disc]

Selena Live! captures the Queen of Tejano in her element, and this remastered double picture disc gives a legendary hometown night a striking new showcase.

Recorded in 1993 at a free concert at the Memorial Coliseum in Corpus Christi, Texas, the album caught Selena y Los Dinos at the height of their powers, with her brother A.B. Quintanilla III producing. It went on to win the Grammy for Best Mexican-American Album, the first Tejano record to take home the award, and helped carry her from regional star to cross-border icon.

The crowd is roaring from the first notes of the "Como La Flor" medley, and Selena feeds off it, her voice gliding between playful asides and full-throttle belting. The album also includes three studio recordings, among them "Tú Robaste Mi Corazón", a duet with fellow Tejano star Emilio Navaira, and the heartfelt "La Llamada".

More than three decades later, her warmth and charisma still leap out of the speakers.
