Along the way he gathers an impressive cast of friends and collaborators, each adding their own color.

"Waited All Night" reunites him with his xx bandmates Romy and Oliver Sim for a bittersweet, heart-on-sleeve anthem. "Baddy on the Floor," featuring Honey Dijon, is pure late-night swagger, while "Life" brings Robyn into the fold for a burst of sunlit pop. "All You Children," a team-up with The Avalanches, piles sample upon sample into a joyous, kaleidoscopic rush.

It's an album about the communal thrill of the club and the quiet moments that follow, full of small details that reveal themselves on repeat plays.
