The Holladays, who also worked with Cregger on Weapons, return with a score built to keep nerves frayed from the first frame.

The complete score runs to 29 cues, many of them under two minutes, mirroring the film's relentless pace and the way it rarely lets an audience catch its breath. Titles like The Woods and Maternity Ward sketch the story's path from creeping unease to full-blown chaos, while the Main Titles theme sets the scene with cold precision.

There is a human touch, too, amid all the tension. Skybridge Reprise features singer-songwriter Shannon Lay, a striking moment of calm amid the mayhem and one of the score's most memorable passages.

It makes a sharp, atmospheric companion to one of the most talked-about genre films of the year, a game adaptation that critics embraced, and a smart addition to any shelf of modern horror scores.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0704/2026/7313/files/Hays_Ryan_Holladay-Resident_Evil_Original_Motion_Picture_Soundtrack.jpg?v=1793291796
