Part of their charm has always been the three songwriters at the core, Daniel Womack, Carter King and Thomas Johnson, each bringing a different flavor. After signing with Dualtone for Easy Company, they reunited with producer Brad Cook for this 2026 set, the most ambitious studio project of their career.

Eighteen songs are arranged as two complementary halves, circling friendship, family, adulthood and the strange rhythms of life on the road. Opener "Sienna Life" eases the listener into the band's cosmic country world, while "Marco Polo I" and "Marco Polo II" sit in either half like a pair of matching postcards. Elsewhere, "Sober Somewhere" and the title track round out a set that moves easily between barroom twang and hazy, wide-open guitar rock.

Double albums can sprawl, but this one feels like a long night with old friends, the kind where nobody checks the clock.
